Milly Tsai is a Signature Member of the Oil Painters of America (OPA) and an Artist member of the historic California Art Club.
Ms. Tsai has won numerous accolades for her paintings, both nationally and internationally. Among these are the Oil Painters of America 2018 Salon Show Figurative Award of Excellence; First Place in the 2009 RayMar Fine Art Competition; Best of Show in the 2008 American Women Artists National Exhibition; Second Place in Barnsite Gallery's 6th Annual National Juried Exhibition (2008); The California Art Club 94th through 102nd Gold Medal Exhibition (2005–2013); the 2003 NHK Award in the International Brush Painting and Calligraphy Competition; the 2002 Best Landscape Award in the Oil Painters of America National Exhibition; and the 2002 Honorable Mention in the Impressionist Society's National Juried Exhibition.
Milly Tsai's work has also been published in Southwest Art, American Art Collector, and Plein Air Magazine.

祖籍江蘇無錫，淡江外文系畢業。美國油畫家協會會員（OPA Signature Member）、美國加州畫會會員（CAC Artist Member）。
曾獲：RayMar Art Competition 首獎（2009）、American Women Artists National Exhibition 首獎（2008）、入選歷屆加州畫會金獎展、日本 NHK 大賞（2003）、美國油畫家協會第三十屆全國大展（2021）、美國油畫家協會及藝術雜誌《PleinAir》最佳人物獎（2018）。
